1. General Policy
B2csupply Ltd, doing business as B2csupply Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to customer satisfaction. This Return/Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of products ("Products") purchased directly from our website, aeblind.com, or through authorized channels where this policy is expressly referenced. By purchasing our Products, you agree to this Policy. This Policy is in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Product Condition: The Product must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and parts included and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or dealers.

Custom-configured, made-to-order, or specially manufactured items (clearly marked as such).

Products with opened software packaging or where the software license key has been activated.

Products that have been installed, used, altered, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

3. Return Process (Standard Products)

Initiate Request: Contact our customer service team at alex@aeblind.com or call +91-9310538601 within the 30-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Receive Instructions: We will email you an RMA number and specific return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Pack and Ship: Securely pack the Product in its original packaging with all components. Include a copy of your invoice/packing slip with the RMA number clearly written on it. Ship the package to the address we provide, using a traceable and insured carrier. We strongly recommend you retain the shipping receipt.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any loss or damage to the Product during return transit unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a Product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please email alex@aeblind.com with your order number, photos/video clearly showing the defect or damage, and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label, and upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, we will, at our sole discretion:

Replace the Product with the same or equivalent item (subject to availability), or

Issue a full refund (including original shipping costs).
5. Refunds

Processing: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-10 business days), we will send you an email notification of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Timing: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Amount: Approved refunds will be for the purchase price of the Product(s) only. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Situations: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% if the returned Product is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or shows signs of use or installation.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you must return the original Product for a refund following the standard return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
7. Warranty Returns
This Policy covers returns for preference or change of mind. For warranty claims beyond the initial 30-day period, please refer to the limited warranty documentation included with your Product or contact our support team.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, our standard Return Policy applies upon delivery.
9. International Returns
Returns from outside the United States may be subject to additional shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for specific instructions before initiating an international return.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Return/Refund Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
